Flavors in Color is an ambitious project born from the idea of Paolo Palumbo and Luigi Pomata, with the essential contribution of photographs by Pierluigi Dess\u00ec. A journey through a series of recipes that constitute a truly special cookbook. For the first time, in fact, the dishes are specifically conceived and created for all those who cannot nourish themselves naturally and must resort to homogenized meals or feeding tubes. A recipe book, therefore, that is very easy to read but provides daily help, especially to those who have\u2014against their will\u2014lost the habit of the taste of food and the pleasure of the table. An experience born from the willpower of a great young man, who only recently discovered he was one of the youngest patients in the world suffering from ALS. To date, in Italy alone, 70,000 people suffer from dysphagia\u2014a handicap that has taken away their ability to eat regularly\u2014and it is of them that Paolo and Luigi thought: the former a novice cook with much passion to share, the latter a world-renowned chef. However, this book can also be a valuable culinary tool for those who, fortunately, do not have to face the persistent problems of induced nutrition.
