cr\u00e8me \u00e0 la vanille:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"col-8 ml-auto mr-auto\">\n<ol>\n<li>couper en longueur la gousse de vanille et la partager en deux<\/li>\n<li>dans une petite casserole, faire cuire \u00e0 feu doux le lait avec la gousse de vanille<\/li>\n<li>mettre les \u0153ufs avec la farine et le sucre dans un mixeur et mixer \u00e0 puissance maximale jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une cr\u00e8me assez dense<\/li>\n<li>tamiser la cr\u00e8me<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Pour le plat:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00e9tendre la p\u00e2te filo, la badigeonner avec de l&rsquo;huile et mettre les feuilles une sur l&rsquo;autre<\/li>\n<li>couper les feuilles en 8 carr\u00e9s et saupoudrer de sucre de canne<\/li>\n<li>cuire au four \u00e0 180\u00b0C jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient dor\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>entre-temps mettre dans une petite casserole les fruits rouges avec le miel et cuire \u00e0 feu moyen pendant 5-8 mn<\/li>\n<li>pour composer le dessert, superposer dans un plat un carr\u00e9 de p\u00e2te filo, de cr\u00e8me et de fruits rouges jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 terminer les
